These artworks reflect a more concentrated approach to my art making. There is more focus on subject matter and a slow change in technique. I realize I am most intrigued by my surroundings and that I see the world in different “pieces”. As I walk through these various landscapes, I capture snapshots of not only the physical surrounding, but the energy of the people and their connection to the setting.
